Why a roof out of elastomer membrane to replace the multi-layer traditional roofs (asphalts and gravel)

While the roof out of asphalt and gravel has a maximum life expectancy span of 13 years with our Québécois climates (freezing and thawing), the elastomer membrane has a life span of 30 years; more than the double.
